Craig “Tooey” F. Courtemanche, Jr. is the Founder, CEO, President, and Chairman of the Board of Procore. He founded Procore in 2002 with a mission to connect everyone in construction on a global platform and is passionate about bringing together two often disparate worlds: construction and software. Tooey has always been a builder—whether working as an apprentice in a carpentry shop, as a real estate developer, or founding software companies. Under his leadership, Procore has grown to become a leading global provider of construction management software, connecting over 2 million users across 150+ countries. Today Procore trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker PCOR.

Kate Bueker

Kate Bueker is the Chief Financial Officer of HubSpot, the customer relationship management (CRM) platform for scaling companies. She has held this position since June 2018. In addition to managing the company's finances, she is also the co- executive sponsor of the Women@HubSpot employee resource group. Prior to HubSpot, Ms. Bueker spent 11 years in financial leadership roles at Akamai, a content- delivery network and cloud service company, culminating in her role as Senior Vice President of Business Finance and Operations. Prior to Akamai, Ms. Bueker spent almost a decade in investment banking at The Blackstone Group, UBS, Credit Suisse, and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. She holds a B.A in Mathematics from Cornell and an M.B.A. from MIT.

Nanci Caldwell

Ms. Caldwell has served as a member of our board of directors since March 2020. From April 2001 to January 2002, Ms. Caldwell served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at PeopleSoft, Inc. (acquired by Oracle Corporation), and from January 2002 to December 2004, Ms. Caldwell served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at PeopleSoft. Prior to PeopleSoft, Inc, Ms. Caldwell spent 19 years at HP where she held a number of senior management positions. Ms. Caldwell serves as a member of the board of directors for Equinix, Inc., an IT data center company; as a member of the board of directors for CIBC, a retail banking company; and as a member of the board of directors for Donnelley Financial Solutions, Inc., a regulatory compliance company. Ms. Caldwell served as a member of the board of directors for Citrix Systems, Inc., an enterprise software company from July 2008 to September 2022 and for Talend SA, a software company from February 2017 to January 2020. Ms. Caldwell holds a B.A. in Psychology from Queen’s University, Kingston, Canada.

Erin Chapple

Ms. Chapple is Corporate Vice President of Product for Azure Core. In addition to heading up Azure Core products, Ms. Chapple leads planning across all of Azure. She is committed to building world-class organizations, supporting women in technology, and other communities, and building the next generation of business leaders. Bringing these passions together, Ms. Chapple sponsors Azure’s Management Excellence Community and co-sponsors the Women at Microsoft employee resource group. Previously Ms. Chapple was the Corporate Vice President of the Azure team responsible for technology at the foundation of all Windows-based products. She joined Microsoft in 1998 as a Program Manager on the Small Business Server. Since then, she has contributed to more than 15 operating system releases in various Program Manager leadership positions. Ms. Chapple's accolades include the “Leadership Advocacy Award for Women” and leading the Life Without Lines community bringing executive technical women together. Ms. Chapple earned her bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada and a master’s degree in applied behavioral science from Bastyr University. Ms. Chapple also sits on the University of Waterloo's Dean's Advisory Council for the School of Engineering.

Brian Feinstein

Mr. Feinstein has served on our board of directors since June 2014. Mr. Feinstein has been employed by Bessemer Venture Partners since 2008 and has served as a partner of the organization since 2013. Mr. Feinstein currently serves on the boards of directors of various privately-held companies. Mr. Feinstein holds an A.B. in Government from Harvard University.

William Griffith

Mr. Griffith has served on our board of directors since December 2015. Since January 2013, Mr. Griffith has served as a Partner at ICONIQ Capital, an investment and venture capital firm, where he co-founded the firm’s growth equity and data center investment activities and sits on the firm’s investment and management committees. Mr. Griffith previously served as a shareholder representative for Adyen NV from September 2015 to June 2018. From August 2003 to December 2011, Mr. Griffith served as a General Partner at Technology Crossover Ventures, a private equity and venture capital firm. Prior to Technology Crossover Ventures, Mr. Griffith was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Griffith currently serves on the boards of directors of Blackline, Inc., a technology company, and a number of privately-held companies, including Age of Learning, ServiceTitan, Virtru, Dialpad, People.ai, and Restaurant365. Mr. Griffith holds A.B. degrees in Engineering and History from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Kevin J. O'Connor

Mr. O’Connor has served on our board of directors since May 2004. Since June 2018, Mr. O’Connor has served as a Managing Partner at ScOp Venture Capital, a venture capital firm. From May 2009 until its acquisition by Amazon.com, Inc. in May 2017, Mr. O’Connor served as Chief Executive Officer of Graphiq, a technology company. Following the acquisition, Mr. O’Connor managed Graphiq’s integration strategy from May 2017 through May 2018. From January 1996 to August 2000, Mr. O’Connor served as Chief Executive Officer of DoubleClick, a technology company. From April 1992 to July 1995, Mr. O’Connor served in various executive roles at Digital Communications Associates, or DCA, a technology company. From May 1983 to April 1992, Mr. O’Connor served in various research roles at InterComputer Communications Corporation, a technology company, until its acquisition by DCA in April 1992. Mr. O’Connor holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Graham Smith

Mr. Smith has served on our board of directors since February 2020. From August 2014 to June 2015, Mr. Smith served as Executive Vice President of Salesforce, Inc., a software company, and Chief Financial Officer of Salesforce from March 2008 to August 2014. From January 2003 to December 2007, Mr. Smith served as Chief Financial Officer of Advent Software, Inc., an accounting software company. Mr. Smith currently serves as a member of the board of directors of BlackLine Inc., Splunk Inc., and Slack Technologies, Inc., all of which are software companies. Mr. Smith also served as a member of the board of directors of Citrix Systems, Inc., an enterprise software company, and MINDBODY, Inc., a software company. Mr. Smith holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Politics from University of Bristol in England and is qualified as a chartered accountant in England and Wales.

Elisa A. Steele

Ms. Steele has served as a member of our board of directors since February 2020. Ms. Steele served as Chief Executive Officer of Namely, Inc., a human resources software company until August, 2019, and presently serves as chair of the board of directors. From January 2014 to July 2017, Ms. Steele served in various executive positions at Jive Software, Inc., a communication software company, including President and Chief Executive Officer from February 2015 to July 2017. From August 2013 to December 2013, Ms. Steele served as Corporate Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Consumer Applications and Services at Microsoft Corporation, a software company. Ms. Steele served as Chief Marketing Officer of Skype Inc. (owned by Microsoft) from July 2012 to August 2013. Prior to Skype, Ms. Steele served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Yahoo! Inc., an internet services company. Ms. Steele has served as the chair of the board of directors of Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc., a software company, since June 2018, has served on the board of directors of Splunk Inc., a software company, since September 2017, and served on the board of directors of Jive Software, a software company, from February 2015 to August 2017. Ms. Steele holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and an M.B.A. from San Francisco State University.
