Tooey Courtemanche,, Founder, President, CEO, Chairperson

Craig “Tooey” Courtemanche, Jr. is the Founder, CEO, President, and Chairman of the Board of Procore. He founded Procore in 2002 with a mission to connect everyone in construction on a global platform and is passionate about bringing together two often disparate worlds: construction and software. Tooey has always been a builder—whether working as an apprentice in a carpentry shop, as a real estate developer, or founding software companies. Under his leadership, Procore has grown to become a leading global provider of construction management software, connecting over 2 million users across 150+ countries. Today Procore trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker PCOR.

Howard Fu,, Chief Financial Officer

Howard Fu has served as our Chief Financial Officer since May 2023. He is responsible for leading the global finance organization. From February 2021 to May 2023, Mr. Fu served as our Senior Vice President of Finance, where he oversaw the financial planning & analysis, investor relations, corporate reporting & insights, procurement, sales incentive compensation, and stock administration functions. Mr. Fu has more than 20 years of experience in finance leadership positions with companies such as Visa, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and DocuSign. From October 2015 to February 2021, he served as Vice President of FP&A at DocuSign, where he was a key contributor to the company’s IPO and led their Finance team through the company’s initial growth phase as a public company. Prior to DocuSign, he led the Sales Finance and M&A Finance teams at Salesforce as the company continued to grow at scale, and managed pricing and incentives for issuing banks while at Visa post-IPO. Mr. Fu holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, an MBA in Finance from Yale University, and an M.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.

Steve Davis,, President, Product and Technology

Steve Davis has served as our President, Product and Technology since August 2022. He is responsible for leading Procore’s product, design and engineering organizations. Mr. Davis is a seasoned technology leader with vast experience driving operational excellence across global, high-growth companies. Most recently, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Babylon, a global digital health services company. Prior to Babylon, Mr. Davis held various leadership roles at HomeAway, a vacation rental marketplace company, and its subsidiary VRBO.com, until HomeAway was acquired by Expedia Group, and at Expedia Group, including as Senior Vice President, General Manager–AI and Data Platform at Expedia Group. Prior to joining HomeAway, Mr. Davis held a number of executive entrepreneurial and engineering leadership roles, building and scaling within the SaaS enterprise software, government, telecom, and healthcare industries throughout his 25+ year career. Mr. Davis currently serves on the board of directors of EmployBridge, the largest industrial staffing company in the United States.

Paul Lyandres,, President of Fintech

Paul Lyandres has served as our President of Fintech since May 2023. He is responsible for leading the Fintech organization. From July 2019 to May 2023, Mr. Lyandres served as our Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. From August 2014 to July 2019, Mr. Lyandres served in various business operations and business development, strategy, and corporate development roles at Procore, including as our Executive Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development. From August 2012 to July 2014, Mr. Lyandres served as a venture investor at Bessemer Venture Partners (BVP). At BVP, Mr. Lyandres concentrated on investments with a special focus on vertical software. Prior to BVP, Mr. Lyandres spent time in private equity at Summit Partners, sales at Pentaho, and founded a non-profit committed to providing mentorship for foster youth. Mr. Lyandres holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Joy Durling,, Chief Data Officer

Joy Durling has served as our Chief Data Officer since April 2022. She is responsible for leading Procore’s data-as-a-product strategy, as well as all information technology, data intelligence, and product and information security. From February 2017 to May 2021, Ms. Durling served as EVP, Chief Information and Digital Experience Officer at Vivint Smart Home, a home automation company, where she was focused on elevating the customer and employee experience with data-driven innovation. Prior to that, she held various leadership positions during her 11-year tenure at Adobe, a software company, including as Vice President of Technology. Previously, she served various roles at Macromedia, a graphics, multimedia, and web development software company, and Andersen Business Consulting, a consulting firm. Ms. Durling previously served on the board of directors of Domo. Ms. Durling currently serves on the board of directors of two privately held companies, iLOQ and ObservePoint. Ms. Durling holds a B.S.B.A. in Business and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Sarah Hodges,, Chief Marketing Officer

Sarah Hodges has served as our Chief Marketing Officer since February 2023. She is responsible for the development of the strategic marketing plan and execution of all marketing activities globally. Ms. Hodges has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and go-to-market strategy, with deep expertise in marketing to the construction industry having previously led the construction business line at Autodesk. Most recently, she held the roles of General Manager of ShotGrid, a cloud-based production planning solution, and Vice President of Product Management for Autodesk’s Media and Entertainment portfolio. She currently plays an active role as a Board Overseer for the Boston Children’s Museum. Ms. Hodges holds a joint Marketing and Communications Business degree from Northeastern University.

Kevin Walker,, Chief Security Officer

Kevin Walker has served as our Chief Security Officer since June 2022. He is responsible for leading Procore’s global security strategy, including overseeing our product and enterprise technology risk, security, compliance, and governance capabilities. Mr. Walker has spent over thirty years in various computer science and engineering disciplines, focusing on secure hardware, network, enterprise applications and service design. Most recently, he served as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Amazon Fulfillment Technology, where he helped to establish a scalable cyber support model that optimized design, development and response across 50 of Amazon’s subsidiaries. Previously, he served roles as CISO, CTO and Chief Security Strategist for several companies, including: Aptiv, Juniper Networks, Walmart.com, Intuit, Cisco, Symantec and VERITAS Software.

Steve Zahm,, President - Chief Culture Officer

Steve Zahm has served as our President-Chief Culture Officer since November 2019. He is focused on scaling a positive corporate culture as a sustainable competitive advantage for achieving superior business results. From April 2004 to November 2019, he served as our Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Procore in 2004, Mr. Zahm co-founded DigitalThink, one of the first significant cloud-based software companies in the corporate learning industry. Mr. Zahm holds a B.A. from Stanford University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

Olga Kibler,, Chief People Officer

Olga Kibler has served as our Chief People Officer since November 2022 and is responsible for leading Procore’s people strategy. Ms. Kibler has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources leadership at numerous market leading software companies. Most recently, Olga served as Chief People Officer at Five9 leading all aspects of the human resources function. Prior to Five9, she served as Vice President of Talent Services at DocuSign and was integral in leading the company through a growth strategy, which focused on building a diverse team and inclusive culture across 20 countries. Ms. Kibler holds a master’s degree in International Trade from Moscow University of Humanities and was a recipient of a USIA scholarship in Economics at the University of Oregon.

Benjamin Singer,, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary

Benjamin Singer has served as our Chief Legal Officer since April 2019, and Corporate Secretary since June 2019. Mr. Singer leads all legal, compliance, and governance matters for the company globally and provides strategic advice and counsel to Procore’s board of directors and executive leadership. From November 2014 to April 2019, Mr. Singer served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Blue Apron, a food delivery service company, and led the company through its successful IPO in 2017. From April 2011 to November 2014, Mr. Singer served in various legal roles at Gilt Groupe, an e-commerce company, including as Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary. From May 2007 to April 2011, Mr. Singer was an associate attorney at Kirkland & Ellis, a law firm. From September 2004 to May 2007, he was an associate attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, a law firm. Mr. Singer holds B.A. degrees in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Indiana University and a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law.

Wyatt Jenkins,, Chief Product Officer

Wyatt Jenkins has served as our global head of product since April 2020. He is responsible for operating global product development and driving the company’s product vision, strategy and execution. Mr. Jenkins discovers, clarifies, and evangelizes the future of the Procore platform. Prior to joining Procore, Mr. Jenkins held executive roles at companies such as Patreon, Optimizely, Shutterstock and his own startup Beatport.com. Mr. Jenkins led product development through Shutterstock’s IPO in 2012, has experience managing products and businesses in over 25 languages, and has overseen international expansion into Asia, Latin America, and Europe. He holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees in English Literature from University of Colorado Boulder, and a Masters in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University.­

Bill Crawford,, SVP and Global Head of Sales

Bill Crawford has served as our SVP and Global Head of Sales since November 2022. He is responsible for leading Procore’s global go-to-market (GTM) including sales, revenue operations and the global partners and alliances for the Procore platform. Most recently, Bill was the SVP of Sales for the U.S., where he led our U.S. distribution into high growth. Bill joined Procore in 2021 after over 20 years in the human capital management (HCM) software industry with Automatic Data Process and Ceridian HCM. Bill is a seasoned global executive with extensive experience leading global teams in Software Sales, Fintech Sales, Marketing, Digital GTM, Partners and Alliances and Revenue Operations. In addition to his depth and breadth of experience throughout functions of revenue, he has been responsible for GTM spanning all segments from SMB through Enterprise and multinational corporations. Bill received his bachelor’s degree from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles.

Linden Hillenbrand,, SVP Customer Success

Linden Hillenbrand is the Senior Vice President of Customer Success. Under his leadership, the Customer Success organization is responsible for maximizing our customer’s experience using Procore. Procore’s Customer Success organization encompasses the Global Customer Success, Professional Services, & Support organizations.  Linden describes himself as an ‘extreme optimist’ who finds his passion focusing service organizations on delivering outcomes for customers. He has deep experience in building & scaling global organizations as well as designing & scaling the customer journey. Linden’s experience has come from designing, building, & scaling the Customer Success & Global Support organizations at Cloudera & prior to Cloudera completed GE’s Information Management Leadership Program (IMLP). Linden is a graduate of Fairfield University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Mathematics.

Kim Chamberlain,, SVP Revenue Operations, Strategy and Enablement

Kim Chamberlain is the Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations, Strategy, and Enablement (ROSE). Under her leadership, the ROSE org is responsible for strategy, planning, and insights across Revenue and all customer-facing operations - including training, readiness, systems, and process. Kim is a passionate leader who gets energy from building great teams at scale through operational excellence. She has deep experience across strategy, M&A, business and revenue operations, data insights, and leadership management for start-ups and billion-dollar companies alike, including Fuji Xerox, Heineken, Freewheel/Comcast, and Honest Buildings. Chamberlain holds two Bachelor degrees with Honors in Commerce, Finance, and Accounting and Property Valuation, Construction Finance and Development from the University of Auckland.

Bill Fleming,, SVP Corporate Controller

Bill Fleming has served as our Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer since April 2021. He is responsible for all accounting operations and financial reporting functions. From June 2018 to April 2021, he served as our Vice President, Corporate Controller. Prior to joining Procore, Mr. Fleming spent nearly 11 years at the accounting firm EY, where he primarily worked with multinational technology companies. Mr. Fleming holds a BBA and a Masters in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas, and is a certified public accountant.

Rubiena Duarte,, VP Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging

Rubiena Duarte has served as our Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging since April 2023. She is responsible for driving diversity and inclusion initiatives that enhance Procore’s culture of belonging. Most recently, Ms. Duarte served as the Vice President of Global Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at the Walt Disney Company. There, she led the development and implementation of critical diversity and inclusion strategies to support all businesses and leaders across the globe and was an expert and advocate for inclusion practices both inside and outside the company. Previously, she held leadership positions at Manulife, Dell, and HP. Ms. Duarte holds a B.A. in International Relations and Political Science from the University of the Witwatersrand, and a postgraduate degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Johannesburg.
